One thing that I think is essential in every home is a good well designed reading nook. I have an E-decorating client right now, that doesn't have a place to read, sip tea, journal, etc. I know what you're thinking 'that's a huge part of achieving domestic bliss, right?!' Right! Her and her husband are young and fun and their home has lots of exposed wood. So, I thought we could jazz it up a little and get some glam elements into the space. So she can make her tea and have a place to sip it too.
Here are what I envision for an eclectic casual look...
[caramel zebra print rug] - I adore how neutral this rug is, it can go with ANY style of decor.
[tufted teal chair] - I'm very into this style of chair for myself, the high arms keep you snuggled in.
[cubed floor lamp] - this stunner makes a room look like a million bucks.
[mirrored pillow] - I love this guy from John Robshaw. so chic.
[mongolian fur pillow] - it just always makes a chic statement. This one is a GREAT price.
[bubble ceramic side table] - I love the shape and pattern on this.
[abstract art] - this is such a cool mix of colors.
[agate accents] - geodes make for great accessories.
Here are a few more looks I love...
