Brains & Beauty {mary macdonald + Too faced cosmetics}

I always love to share a good entrepreneuress story. I find that following my favorite women in business always inspires new ideas in me. One of the best things to do when building your own brand + business is to develop smart partnerships + collaborations. I was so excited to learn that one of my favorite decoristas, miss mary macdonald, is taking things outside of the decor box and branching out into beauty. This year for the holiday season, Mary partnered with Too Faced cosmetics to design chic holiday collections for the beauty brand. Filled with stripes, chevron and gold, its beauty with a decorista twist. Of course, I had to have everything so I got myself the collections and found that every package works with almost anybody's coloring. I'm usually pretty picky with my cosmetic colors, I like to stay pretty neutral. I'm definitely glad I tried these collections. P.S. All of these make excellent gifts...

I have to say, working at home can get extremely boring at times. I often reminisce my days working in an office with a whole slew of people & fun things around. However, I don't for one second regret the fact that I get to work around beautiful things of my choosing. Creating & keeping up a stylish workspace for the home is imperative for success.
