1. For summertime, usually people go lighter with their hair. I decided to go darker. Since my hair girl has moved to a new space, I got really excited for the new salon decor. Especially these gorgeous pink tufted chairs.

3. Speaking of Nate Berkus, I am so in love with his new prism dishware collection. I love the geometric shape of the edges. I have the whole collection and I just love it.

4. I also am a huge believer in black tapered candles. They make my living room look really good.

5. I am also obsessed with book shopping these days. I've been hitting up my thrift shops and scouring the book racks for books with black binding and fab titles. They make for such chic bookshelf decor.

7. I am in love with this art wall. Black and white photos printed out that look vintage. A totally different take on the overdone colorful wall I see everywhere.

8. I also was kindly grated some totally chic hair tools. Malachite hair dryer? Art Deco hair straightener? Oh yes please! Cortisio hair tools are actually pretty strong which I love because I have a ton of very thick hair.

domestic bliss...bath essentails

After spending most of my weekend and early week with the flu, I really got to know my home. With hardly any energy, I spent plenty of time attempting to relax myself with indulgent bubble baths. In fact, I really think I have perfected the art of luxurious bubble baths. So, I thought I'd give you all a midweek assignment and encourage you to make sure and take time for you and put on a mask, grab a book and give yourself and bubble bath. I swear its so good for the soul.

I think this wood tray caddy is the ultimate for the bath, its chic and it allows you to place wine, phone, a book right next to you.

I love the smell of these bath salts & the bottle looks pretty too.

I always add aromatherapy bath oils to my bath, they really work and this brand is my favorite. I love the eucalyptus one!

I usually light unscented candles, just for the ambiance and mercury glass lets off the perfect light.

This is probably the plushest and most stylish bath mat I have seen in a while.

Who wouldn't love to get out of the bath and jump into a perfectly plush robe?
