I am not the biggest Christmas decoration person. It's one of my most favorite holidays but I really prefer to buy special items to enchant my space for the holidays. Like unique candlesticks, perhaps a little shimmer or lace. Just a little something different but very pretty and glamorous. This next week is all about entertaining and dinner parties, etc. So I wanted to share my favorite source of entertaining inspiration right now. The Lane. They have created some really beautiful tablescapes that have me so inspired.
I realize its not exactly "holiday" but what I notice are the beautiful details. Ribbon wrapped around the silverware sets, beautiful crystals that provide a little shimmer and really gorgeous crystal glassware. Crystal glassware always makes things feel a little more elegant and divine.
What I am noticing most is layers. Layers create beauty, depth and drama. I also love how using unique items for a tablescape can be so easy yet luxurious. Look at these shells....no flowers needed. Creating a beautiful tablescape is really all about being creative and having fun.
