Entertaining is one of my favorite parts of home. I was so fortunate to grow up with a grandmother who made every family dinner seem like a royal ball. She showed us the importance of creating an ambiance and atmosphere of delight. Music was always going throughout the house, especially when she was in the kitchen, candles throughout, fresh flowers on the table and it was set with only the best China. She even made us use those beautiful cocktail glasses for morning OJ. The woman just had everything together and I have carried that throughout my life.
So I was beyond excited when the team over at Jonathan Adler Austin asked my girl Alison and I to host a South by Southwest sensory entertaining experience. We will be styling up some dinner tables, bar carts, specialty cocktails and some really good music. If you are in the Austin area, come by and visit us this Saturday! We would love to meet you.
