I've been working so much on helping my clients get prepared for Spring gatherings. Getting together and eating at the table is such a beautiful way to strengthen and nurture your most cherished relationships. It's also a way to enhance new, budding friendships too. My grandmother always showed us the importance of setting a proper table. When we were younger, if we got in trouble, our punishment was to set the table for the next meal. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, a properly set table was something we always looked forward to. It felt like such a chore at that time but now as adults, we all look back and try to emulate that in our own lives.
