This post is all about 25 of the top and best habits from the most happy, successful and wealthy women I know and have read about.

No matter how tough things are there will always be people prospering - Barbara Stanny, author of Secrets of Six Figure Women.

I found an old journal entry where I had taken notes on some of the advice I have been given, I have read about in books or watched on interviews and Ted Talks.

I compiled this list last year but felt it was appropriate to share on the blog with you.

I also recorded a podcast episode to further explain each one so that you can begin to hold these in your mind and thoughts. Feel free to share this list with your girlfriends and women in your life, we can all benefit from these. Numbers 11 and 25 I find to be my favorites and most effective.

1. SHE PRIORITIZES MOVING HER BODY TO HAVE GOOD ENERGY AND A CLEAR MIND

 Almost every successful woman I’ve ever heard interviewed notes that she exercises at least 3-4 times a week. Exercising, whether by going to the gym, swimming, running, yoga or doing some pilates, is a must. It is so important for successful women to move their body regularly because it has been scientifically proven to boost your mood and motivates you to start the day with a positive, motivated and healthy mindset. 

It helps to build confidence by being consistent and prioritizing on personal health and overall wellness. Health is wealth as they say.

An easy way to stay consistent with working out is a great new pair of workout shoes and workout leggings that fit like a dream. I also like to hang my workout sets on hangers so they look organized and put together. I also have a gym bag prepared so its easy. I love these:

2. SHE GETS AT LEAST 7-8 HOURS OF SLEEP EVERY NIGHT.

 I’ve always noted that key to a strong morning routine is an even better night routine and preparing for an exceptional night of sleep. Sleeping it’s very important for your mental, emotional and physical health. Most successful women stick to a sleep schedule and tend to stick to a consistent bedtime so they are able to be as productive and efficient as possible throughout the day. Paying attention to your personal circadian rhythm is incredibly important to your energy.

A few tips that make getting a great night sleep more enjoyable. Pretty pajamas that feel so comfortable and incredibly soft, a hatch sound machine and breathable bedding. Here’s what I love:

3. SHE NOURISHES HER BODY WITH HEALTHY FOODS BECAUSE IT MAKES HER FEEL BETTER AND MORE ENERGETIC. 

   A healthy diet is important to every successful woman since it makes her feel better inside and out and also less tired. It is not only a matter of maintaining a certain weight but about boosting your mood and feeling really good about yourself.

I’ve always been a proponent for slow, intuitive eating because when you listen to your body, it will let you know what it is craving, what foods are really nourishing and what is good for you to be feeding it. I am also a proponent for meal prep planning to stay consistent.

4. SHE SAYS AT LEAST FIVE TO TEN MORNING AFFIRMATIONS TO START THE DAY RIGHT.

  As a manifestation minded woman, affirmations are an essential part of life. Many celebrities from Jennifer Anniston to Jennifer Lopez and mindset gurus like Lewis Howes and Tony Robbins promote mindset work and consistent affirmations.

A successful woman’s routine will always include daily affirmations since it helps her start the day with positive vibes and with the right motivation to take action and achieve her daily goals. These are my 30 favorite wealth affirmations. Looking presentable is important to make a good impression and to feel confident enough to show up with one hundred percent to everything you planned for. Some of the most happy and successful women I know are meticulous about their closets and their personal style. So, setting out and planning outfits the night before help to not waste time and reduces the chances of stressing out in the morning.

Looking good and presentable can motivate you to take action quickly and give you enough confidence to get things done. So, the successful woman is always working on looking effortlessly beautiful and elegant, even on a super lazy day. This is something my grandmother modeled for me very well.

6. SHE BEGINS AND ENDS HER DAY WITH JOURNALING AS A FORM OF MEDITATION

Meditation is an important part of a successful woman’s morning and night routine in order to clear her mind and calm her spirit. She uses methods like the morning pages to clear out her mind of any limiting or draining thoughts. She may also use scripting as a method of gaining clarity of the life she is trying to create for herself.

7. SHE PRIORITIZES PEOPLE, PLACES AND THINGS THAT UPLIFT & MOTIVATE HER

I could really sum this up with one word, boundaries.  A positive minded, happy and successful woman knows the importance of setting boundaries. Surrounding herself with people who bring her energy up, not drain or deplete her. She allows negative or draining people to fade out of her daily interactions without fear or guilt. If you bring any toxicity to her life, you will get quickly replaced.

This is an extremely important habit you should follow if you want to be a successful woman. Punctuality is so, so important for a successful woman because she wants to create a solid reputation with all of her relationships. If you are always late or flaking on commitments, it can look disrespectful and show poor communication skills. You shouldn’t waste anybody’s time by making them wait for you. It’s selfish and irresponsible and its very important to build a strong word that others can rely and depend on. This will lend very well to all business/career relationships and endeavors.

My entire blog has always been dedicated to creating a high vibrational home and most importantly the workspace. Many successful women are now working from home so the home work environment is pivotal to her success.
