Geezus. Let me start off by saying how much I adore the design skills of Aussie designer Brendan Wong. Homeboy always kills it, in fact, there are quite a few designers I have recently talked about from Australia. Fancy. Anyway, aside from the fact that the guy works with black and white walls, hello that is so my speed!, what I love most about B. Wong's designs are his art selections. Art selection is such a delicate thing. When I worked at the art gallery in beverly hills, oh how i miss those days, I learned so much about the art world and how important good selection is. Not everyone impresses me with their curating skills but B, he sure does. I love the graphic purple + white art and the way it pops in modernity on the black walls. I also adore the smoked gold, silver and marble cloud looking piece in the white living room, it steals the show. That one might be my favorite. Finally, I love the nude drawings in the dining room, they take that room next level because there is something so intimate about those drawings. It creates just the right vibe for an intimate dinner party. Well done, B.
A pink christmas tree...
I am so inspired by gorgeous pink Christmas design. I decided that this year was the year that I go all out on a sweet, feminine and very pink Christmas. The soft pinkness of my tree just makes me smile from ear to ear. I've been spending some time collection gorgeous ornaments from all over, searching around for treasures. Stay tuned to see the final result, I can't wait to finish! Here is one like I have, and a few more for you...
