As we prepare for 2016, I along with many of you are looking for ways to brighten up your home and give it a little refresh. I'm a huge advocate for each of us having a personal space which is our area for all things self-care and self-love. It's important to keep us operating at our individual best. I came across this awesome white and glass vanity and thought to myself that perhaps its time for me to upgrade my desk/vanity space.
I'm a bit more partial to something vintage or a bit more glamorous. So, if I went with something white and modern like this. . .there may be a few ideas that could spruce it up.
What girl doesn't dream of a beautiful vanity area like this? Maybe you can't have this exact look in your home. . .but you totally can give yourself the look by upgrading any piece of furniture with crystal knobs. It takes an ordinary piece to glamorous with just this pretty small detail.

Over the past few years I have seen people get very creative with marble contact paper. I especially liked my sweet friend Jasiminne's desk in her home office. Take a simple Ikea desk + throw on some marble paper and BAM, glam desk upgrade.
