I just love instagram. I love connecting with my readers and having a forum that allows me to get quick questions and hear what you are wanting to know. This week, I got about 3 different requests for affordable and glamorous desks. Well my loves, here you go. . .

The thing about decorating in the warmer months of the year is that you want to feel that fresh, clear and airy vibe. You'll want your sanctuary to look like a nice cool breeze. The best way to accomplish a lighter look is to use clear or open furnishings. Lucite pieces let a room breath while still functioning as a fantastic piece of furniture. Especially if you have a small space, you'll want to incorporate a clear piece or two, it makes a room seem more open.
Lucite consoles have been all the rage and are some of the the most popular piece of lucite furniture. I also have a thing for clear coffee tables. I love the way it makes a room feel and how it lets the magic of the rug show through.
Another extremely popular look is the clear ghost chair. Major style yet takes up so little visual residence. It's perfection. Looks perfect at a dinner table, office space or even just an occasional chair. They also can be fantastic for outdoor use.
These acrylic chairs are pretty cool too.
