fashion meets decor: black leather

Fall fashion is probably my favorite in New York City. I love the way we get to dress here when the cold starts to come in. My favorite look, and something that just never goes out of style, is black leather. It's chic, sexy, bold and totally a neutral. Works so well in fashion and decorating...both looks rock the world.

I absolutely love how this black leather chair is paired next to a brown grasscloth wall. I am a huge fan of black and brown. There is something really chic about the look of the combination of both masculine colors.

designer crush: greg natale

One of my favorite styles when it comes to interior design is Hollywood Regency, and right now, no one is doing it better than Greg Natale. I am blown away by the way he mixes color palates + minimal geometric patterns so well. There are so many things I would do just like him. I'm currently into blues...navy is everything to me right now. It could possibly be stealing my affections for black. I do love this lovely white bedroom with black and navy mixed together, and a little pop of lavender, such a chic look.

Someone once told me, all colors go together. This man proves that point. I love this mix of white, yellow, gold, and greys. Could you die for this ceiling? I love a designer that pays attention to ceilings, its one of my favorite places to go bold, especially in my clients homes. This gold chevron ceiling is totally chic.
