HomeGoods has really been stepping their game up lately. Almost every time I walk in that place, I find something new for a client that I think is just so glamorous and chic. I wanted to share a few gorgeously glamorous gold items that are currently found at HomeGoods and just made my heart swoon. A few times.

I almost passed out at the sight of these marble and gold starbursts!???!?! WHAAAT! These are just amazing.

Something about this gold framed mirror with a beautiful Chinoiserie style motif and antiqued mirror on the inside. This is a total stunner and my god would be great for an entryway.

Color of the year marsala lacquer on this Worlds Away greek key footed coffee table. LOVE! I want this for my apartment but I really need it to be square.

Speaking of greek key, this stemware is so rich and royal. I'd love to have this entire set.

Now these aren't gold but something about these black wood panels just had me at hello. I could DIY and paint them gold. I kind of want them on either side of my bed against my black wall in the bedroom. I'm just not sure I have time for all that right now. I'm a busy bee.

I do have time for a mirror like this though? Doesn't that make you want to go to HomeGoods right now? I want to go again today. ha!

Ever since I got my brass Milo Baughman etagere, I've been obsessed with stalking brass bookcases. Not that I hadn't done that before, it's just that this time around I've gotten fanatic about them. Then I found what I think may be my favorite mix. Olivia Chantecaille, creative director of her family cosmetics line, did a home tour for One Kings Lane & I fell madly for her style.

The brass etagere is full of books, boxes, family photos, unique objects with interesting shapes and surrounded by art. I love the way art is hung behind the etagere to accentuate the small vignettes. In fact, I pretty much love everything about this entire room including all of the chairs and the very stylish coffee table. Is that a brass planter I see? Gotta have one of those for my coffee table immediately.

Books play such an important role in the style of all of this. I have a ridiculous amount of books, so this is right up my alley. Truth be told, I need more books. Today, I may have to head over to the local Half Price Book store and see what I can get my hands on. I love oversized books with gorgeous photos, especially vintage books. There is something so very cool about the way they used to make books. Before the internet, they were the expression of information and visuals. I especially love the travel ones.
