How to dress your home office. . .

I love office spaces. If I could design office spaces everyday, I would be just peachy. I love the magic of working, focus and drive give you energy which changes your whole vibe. The minute I have my coffee and get into my office, I just have a burst of excitement to get to work. In my office I like all things glam. You've got to have a well equipped, functional office and you also need a space that is inspiring! It helps you to work better. Here are a few decorating tips I spied from this photo in Domino. . .

1. Rugs at HomeGoods are a great buy! Lately, I have seen super stylish and cozy rugs in large sizes at HomeGoods for about $300. Can't beat that buy. 

2. Always dress the windows. Just adding fabric to frame your windows does so much for a space! You would totally be surprised. Make sure to hang your curtain rod higher than the actual window ( my motto is "the higher the better" ). 

3. Just add paper. Take a peek at the two marble paper covered tables in the back, they add dimension and style to the whole room, as well as table space. I love this DIY marbled paper table project on Sketch42blog. 

4. Glamorous accents. I love using luxurious little accents around my office. It makes me feel like such a professional rockstar. Here are a few things I would love to add to my office.

2. Obsessed with my new office chair. Mustard damask fabric is so very Parisian. 

3. I also am pretty excited about modern fabrics too. Loving this beige linen with gold square studs. Fabulous! 

4. When it comes to fabrics, my all time fave is black and white stripes and this cool patio works it so well. 

5. I've got a project happening in Austin and we are going greige in the home. So, obsessed with the color. 

6. I'm already loving the updates in the office. It's a masculine space and is the perfect place for an oversized piece of artwork. Minted now does oversized photography and I am loving this piece. 

7. Loving the summer issue of Domino. Oh, and my Gigi monogrammed clutch.
