As soon as the excitement of Halloween is over, my mind goes directly to decorating for Christmas. I love to make my home ready for a festive friendsgiving.

I’ve been counting down the months until I get to put up my Christmas tree again. The way the glow of a Christmas tree creates an ambiance inside of the home is probably my favorite part of the entire Winter season. It’s the most magical feeling.

However, deciding what your Christmas aesthetic is going to be can be time consuming and kind of overwhelming. I’ve been known to spend hours of time on Pinterest, searching for the Christmas tree decor theme each year.

There are so many questions that come up when looking to create the perfect Christmas decor….What kind of tree to buy? Real or faux? What type of ornaments to get? Ribbon or garland? or both?
