It's One Room Challenge time again. I've been getting so excited for each Wednesday, now its become my weekly excitement. {Now you can see all things before here in case you missed any} So, today I am showing you the bed nook. How fabulous does the JS Greek Key bedding look? I think it just works so perfect here. It pulls together the bold, Hollywood glam, modern vibe. The only thing is, its so hard to see the beautiful navy color on the wall...here is a better shot of it.
Vaslpar Royal Navy was soooooo the way to go, its so rich and gorgeous. Hopefully you can now see how beautifully it blends with the JS bedding. Now, I found this cool spotted pillow that I think looks so chic and blends the black and white dresser, grey on the headboard and just ties it all in.
So, if you have been reading my blog for some time, you know I love pink. I have been searching for accessories for this room forever and originally I wanted to go with emerald green, but I kept finding all these adorable pink things. These great pink prints from minted & I thought I could accent them with a chic little pink silk pillow. You like? I've pretty much decided that the black and white accents win for me but I know I can be a tad monochromatic-ish in my designs so I'm curious what you guys think. Anyway, can you also see that I added the cute sidetables? I wanted to keep them the antique brown because it adds that granny swagger to the room, I am now after seeing them in photos, giving them a coat of white. Duh. Should have known. I also still need to finish up the desk area for next week and styling out everything for the final week look. Ahhhhhhhh. I'm feeling so behind.
So go pay more attention to my fellow ORC gals.......and see how they are killing it...
