1. I spent a pretty big part of my week in Hoboken, New Jersey and I actually really loved it. You don't always hear the best things about anything outside of Manhattan but I am in total awe of the cute little town. I loved the friendly people, great food and the beautiful moments I had. I especially loved the view from where I was, it just has such a magical view of Manhattan's skyline.
2. When you are gazing out of your window at the beautiful skyline, why not have blush pink curtains to frame the view? I think curtains give a window such a enhanced view of whatever is outside of the window.
3. I also love really good lighting, especially in gold. This one needs a ceiling medallion but you know, its still very chic. {club monaco boutique}
4. The lobby of my new home is so gorgeous its like a hotel. A black velvet sofa with white piping just looks so rich in an entrance like this. Top it off with an orchid and you are good to go.
5. I still can't get over the richness in color of this month's House Beautiful issue. I also love my Nate Berkus angel wings in my new coffee table area.
6. Did a little antiquing in Dallas for a new projects and fell hard for all of this botanical action.
7. I also popped by Scout Design Studio in the design district and I loved this space, there was so much goodness. I especially liked the vibe of this spotted wall. It was so pretty it looked painted on beautifully.
8. Black and gold with a little bit of lion is all I need for a front door. Perfectly glamorous.
9. I've been on the hunt for the perfect blue sofa, how chic are the curves on this one?
10. Wouldn't you just love to wake up to the words "you are amazing" every morning? I know I would. Having that visual of encouragement + motivation is essential for a successful day. Here's to making every day of ours amazing!
