Two years ago this October, I found out I was pregnant and my world was turned upside down. Seemingly overnight, I had severe nausea for three straight weeks and couldn’t find the energy to even get out of bed. After the initial shock of it all, it all sank in that I was going to be bringing a baby into the world. I was so intent on having a calm, at peace and centered pregnancy for my baby. It became my focus & top priority. .
I spent a lot of time in bed reading, soaking up as much as I could. I read a lot about being a blissful baby mama, Feng Shui Mommy & Mamaste were my two favorites. During my reading phase, I stumbled across a book on the history of gemstone jewelry and how the most powerful women in the world have used crystals and gems in their lives to create the life they wanted. (Thank you Cleopatra & Elizabeth Taylor for your wisdom) So, I did some research on gems for pregnancy and started wearing crystals bracelets every single day. At first, I wore Amazonite & Green Jasper to promote balance and calm. I also wore rainbow moonstone to enhance my feminine, nurturing energy. The collection kept growing and one day I even created a line of my own crystal jewelry designs.
I also started doing yoga, working on my chakras and slowing down my pace. I had such an incredible pregnancy so the effects of crystals & all the blissful rituals were not lost on me. Every time I looked at or noticed the crystals on my wrists, they calmed me. They helped remind me of my intentions for myself and my baby. Fast forward to now, I continue to lead a very blissful babe lifestyle & I haven’t stopped wearing my crystals daily according to my needs.
Crystals have the ability to connect with you energetically & balance you out where you need it. Each once has a specific vibrational infrastructure that carries are particular energy according to its unique qualities and color. You can either wear them or place them in your environment for an impact on your overall well-being.

Writing, computing, building, cooking, touching, to explore everything, to make someone closer to you, to shape the world around you...the list goes on and on.
-Hands have a crucial part of material as well as the spiritual life.
-Begin to pay attention to everything you do with your hands and be grateful for them.
-You can intentionally create your world when you adorn your hands with crystals. What you wear on your left wrist (non-dominant hand) the crystals will filter the energy breathing IN you. When you wear them on your right wrist, they infuse the energy you give out into the world.
