How to Choose the Right Crystals for Your Home
If you’re new to this, don’t overcomplicate it.
Start with:
What do I want more of in my life right now?
What energy does my home currently feel like?
Then choose crystals that support that shift.

6 POWERFUL WAYS TO USE CRYSTALS AT HOME:
Place Crystals at Your Entryway (Call Energy In)
Your entryway is everything in feng shui.
It’s where energy—opportunities, money, love, ideas—enters your life.
So instead of leaving this space empty or cluttered, I want you to think of it as your energetic invitation point.
A few of my favorite ways to style this:
A bowl of clear quartz to amplify all incoming energy
Black tourmaline for protection and grounding
Selenite to cleanse anything that enters
This is one of the simplest shifts you can make, but it’s incredibly powerful.
✨ Think of it as curating the energy you’re willing to receive.
BLACK TOURMALINE IS THE POWER CRYSTAL FOR YOUR FRONT DOOR
Black stones, Tourmaline is my favorite, are great at absorbing negativity. They're highly protective, making them ideal in the entryway or foyer of your home. The front entrance of your home is incredibly powerful, its where all energy enters and leaves. When you Feng Shui your front door/entryway , an unbelievable amount of new opportunities will begin to enter your life. Place your black crystals in a lovely cluster to activate their protection properties.
Black Tourmaline is a protective stone which repels and blocks negative energies and psychic attack. It also aids in the removal of negative energies within a person or a space. It will cleanse, purify, and transform dense energy into a lighter vibration.
I like to place a chunk of tourmaline like this by my front door.
2. Activate Your Wealth Corner (Hello Abundance)
In feng shui, your wealth corner is located in the back left area of your home (or any room).
This is where we intentionally place items that represent prosperity—and crystals are one of the most powerful tools here.
My go-to crystals for abundance:
Citrine → money, joy, expansion
Pyrite → wealth, confidence, success
Green aventurine → opportunity + luck
Style this area like a luxury moment—not cluttered, not random.
Add:
A beautiful tray
A candle
A small stack of books or intention cards

POWER CRYSTAL FOR WEALTH & ABUNDANCE AREA IS CITRINE
Citrine is a wealth and abundance stone, so this perfectly aligns with this area. I also encourage you to use the stone in your home office because that is typically where you work with your money energy. Citrine harnesses that concentrated energy, promoting wealth, abundance and prosperity in this area of your life.
3. Bring Love Energy Into the Bedroom
Your bedroom represents:
Love
Partnership
Self-worth
So we want this space to feel soft, supported, and open.
The key crystal here is rose quartz—but placement matters.
Try:
A pair of rose quartz stones on each nightstand (symbolizing partnership)
Amethyst for emotional healing
Clear quartz to amplify love energy
✨ And yes—this works whether you’re calling in love or deepening it.

Rose Quartz is an amazing love stone working to heal your heart, inspire your self love and encourage more romance in your life. You can place a beautiful crystal in your love corner next to a candle to ignite romance in your life. You can place a heart shaped rose quartz under your pillow to help you dream. 4. Create a Crystal Altar (Your Power Portal)
This is where things become deeply personal.
A crystal altar is a space where your energy, your intentions, and your environment all meet.
It can be:
A corner of your vanity
A tray on your nightstand
A styled shelf
Include:
Crystals aligned with your current season
A candle (fire = activation)
Something symbolic (a photo, a book, a written intention)

✨ Your altar isn’t decor. It’s a conversation with your future.
Altars are a really wonderful way to help you harness your energy in a specific area of your life. Take a peek at my spiritual altar here. They make lovely meditation spaces and are a beautiful place to set up your crystal display. After cleansing and charging your stones with your specific intentions, place them in a beautiful arrangement that gives you good vibes anytime you see it. I have seen success altars, spirituality altars, love altars and even money altars. It's really a fun thing to do, so there's no need to take it too seriously. I love placing crystals all around my bathtub, where I like to take meditation bubble baths with soothing music. Whatever feels blissful to you.
5. ACTIVATE THE SELF CULTIVATION AREA IN YOUR OFFICE
This is the area where you enhance it with things that you want to represent all that you want to become. It represents where you want to go and what you desire to learn. Amethyst clusters are perfect for this area because they are said to help you tap into your spirituality, growth and harness your intuition. This is essential as you go on doing your work in this world.
6. USE PYRITE AS A MONEY CURE
Pyrite is so glamorous, as its brilliant, shiny and looks just like gold. It acts as a cure within your home office to help spruce up your financial life because of its heavy metal energy. The most potent forms are the tiny stones, so try to seek these out, though clusters are my most favorite. Place these on your desk and be sure to touch them often! You can also place these in your bathroom sink to help keep the energy and good Chi from going down the drain. It looks incredibly glam too!
