Every once and a while I get a total home crush. You know, the feeling where you could just move right in and not change a thing. That is how this swanky Chicago pad makes me feel. Designer Wendy Labrum turned it out with this one.
The mix of masculine and feminine here is what really rocks my world. The mix of grit with glamour. To start, I love how modern it is to have a high rise view. It's the best artwork for any modern home. So, when you have really good views like this, its important to frame that with the perfect window treatment. These Pierre Frey geometric panels are everything!
I love the modern vintage lighting mixes and mixes of silver and gold. Mixing metallics is essential when it comes to getting modern glamour right. It's a move that a lot of people are afraid of but I love it.
The masculine mix in art and lighting blends perfectly with the femme and soft blush Louis dining chairs.
Perhaps my favorite pattern is the leopard wallpaper here with venetian mirror. Aren't powder rooms the most fun?

Add in a more Parisian antique basket chandelier for more drama. Any dining room looks good with a round Louis chair. Mirrored cube tables are also a great accent here. Rams head accessory gives a masculine pop. I totally imagine the Feu de Bois candles makes the whole place smell soo soo good.
