The 8 phases of Manifestation

This post is all about the eight phases of manifestation and how to make the law of attraction & law of assumption work for you.

At this point in my life, I consider myself a pretty powerful manifestor and I love helping everyone learn the art of manifestation as well.

I recently recorded a podcast that discussed a few mindset shifts that you will want to learn in order to prime yourself for powerful manifestations. You see, the thing is, we are manifesting 24/7. Every single one of our thoughts is creating (manifesting) your future reality…at every single moment. You are the operant power!

When you have contradicting thoughts ( like, I want a million dollars yet at the same time you think, people like me have to work so hard to make a million dollars ) there in lies the rub. The duplicity of those beliefs will have you subconsciously not really wanting to work that hard for it. It’s a mindset block and it keeps you stuck. What happens most often is you just continually create the same things over and over and you are left wondering why you’re still in the same place. So, listen to this episode to help you sort this out.

3 mindset shifts you need to manifest : (podcast)

Now, I remember buying the book ‘the secret’ in 2006. Ever since high school, I frequent Barnes and Nobles, in fact, I have been known to spend an entire Saturday afternoon inside the bookstore. It’s one of my favorite places ever. Anyway, I remember seeing the book displayed and I read it in one sitting. I began to put the law of attraction into practice immediately. I used to always talk about “manifesting” but instead of manifesting, I would say “I’m secreting it!”

It was my obsession. So, you could say I have been using manifestation and vision boards for over 15 years. Pretty wild.

I can’t even begin to tell you ALL of the wild, unimaginable, incredible things I have manifested. I should probably write a book about it actually. But, I would like to share with you what I have experienced to be the 8 phases of manifestation and why I love supporting women on their manifestation journey. I even created an entire Manifestation community called the Manifestation Queen Collective.

The 8 phases of Manifestation & creating the life you want

  1. Defining Your Vision.

    This is where Intention & Desire come in. You see something and you feel a longing for it, or a connection to it, you know it is something that you desire to experience. The discovering of the things is really so much fun if you let it be. And during this phase you get to visualize what it would be like to have this experience yourself.

    You want to get very very clear on painting the picture of the experience in your mind because the brain will help to program your physical being to navigate toward the experience. So, you must make sure that you can picture this. A great way to do this is with a vision board.

    I also love to journal out these things in lists. My manifestation power in my birth chart is Virgo, so because of that my most powerful tool for manifestation is making lists. I like to organize what I want by getting specific, down to the details of exactly what it is that I want.   2. Become aware of your roadblocks. aka your limiting beliefs

    My favorite way to do this is to pay attention to when I think of or write down in my journal what it is that I want to manifest and then I observe what thoughts pop up in my mind, that go against me having what I want. I observe. I pay attention. It feels like I am in discovery mode and I am preparing for a court case.

    You’ve got to be willing to do the “shadow work” , the playfulness with yourself and discovering what is underneath the surface. For example, let’s say you want to manifest a romantic partner or soul mate yet you always pick apart other peoples relationships because you don’t think they’re in a good relationship. Your mind is always out to judge and focus on what it fears the most. So, you want to be paying attention to every little thing your mind does.

    The wild part about this phase is that you will never want to stop doing this investigative work. At every new level, there are always new below the surface beliefs that you must be willing to uproot.

  3. The healing process.

    During this phase, this is where you can grab our your journal and begin to work on the beliefs you have found above. I have an incredible transformative process on this inside my monthly membership community, the Manifestation Queen membership. This is the time you will want to peel back your inner layers and start discovering where you can choose to believe differently.

    Inner child healing - Reparenting rituals, mindfulness, taking care of yourself, mind, body, soul and home.

    Shadow Work - Start looking at all of the things you are afraid of , begin to look fear right in the face

    Working of Self-Love - you’ve got to drop the focus from the things outside of you, to everything within you.

  4. Reprogramming the mind/subconscious mind.

    This is quite possibly one of my favorite phases because this is where you start to actually get things moving. When I started learning to embrace silence, stillness and my spiritual side, I gained access to a whole new level of life. A new way of being. These tools I am about to share are habits that should begin to form your new way of being.

    Meditation - This is so helpful because you will begin to enter the quantum field ( the place where all of your manifestations are actually happening )

    Scripting - Learning how to shift into Main Character Mode and writing the script of your life as if it is happening already.

    Affirmations - You can literally begin to repeat your new beliefs over and over so that they are reprogrammed and locked and loaded inside of your automatic mindset.

  5. Raise your energy. aka frequency or vibration

    I teach the EXACT process I use for this in my 21-day course Soul Aligned. This will help you to create a new habit of raising your vibe every single day.

    • Cultivate a strong morning routine and healthy habits

    • Practice living with gratitude as one of your top 5 emotional set points

    • Move your body and open it up as your portal for your manifestations.

    • Practice opening up your chakras for optimal energetic healing

    Beware: I find that this phase for me continually expands. I am always expanding my capacity for things so as you elevate, this will get higher and higher. What worked for me before no longer serves me. I recently cut way back on drinking alcohol because I could tell it was hindering my manifestation ability and my intuition. As you elevate your vibe, you will have to be willing to release people, things and routines that no longer serve you.

  6. Take inspired action.

    You must learn to truly know, trust and understand to your intuition and make moves. You have to trust in your creative or inspired ideas and go after them. I find that so many times, people miss the boat. An idea comes up to do something or go somewhere and instead of doing it…they let fear talk them out of it by saying it doesn’t “feel good” or “feel right”. Then, they will sit and wonder why the universe hasn’t delivered their manifestation. It’s because they have been “leaning back” and waiting on the sidelines. You have to take action on all of your inspired ideas and allow yourself to fail, fall, look silly, get heartbroken, face rejection, allow people to judge you.

    This is why the “Law of Detachment” is so important in this phase. Being a woman who is in full control of creating her life will take the actions and stay unbothered.

  7. Surrender.

    This phase is on the heels of the last one because “letting go” is essential in your manifestation journey. Usually the thing that is holding you back from receiving what you want is because you are holding on to something out of fear. Emotional intelligence comes into play here. Learn the art of his inside of the Manifestation Queen membership.

    Here’s an example: you don’t want to let go of the guy you have “chemistry” with because deep down you are afraid of the rejection/heartbreak you might feel. Fuck that. Detach yourself from those emotions immediately. You must learn to navigate and control your emotional set point. This is KEY for staying aligned to what you want instead of repeating the same old cycles over and over.

    Another example: you stay in a job you can’t stand because it feels secure and you can’t deal with what other people would think of you if you didn’t have your life together. You are emotionally tied up in the thoughts and opinions of others. Fuck that. Detach yourself from the judgements of others immediately.

    There is ALWAYS a creative solution when you TRUST and HAVE FAITH in YOU and your higher power. You have to trust that YOU know what is best for YOU.

    You also have to resist the urge to explain, defend, over communicate your point of view. Surrender into silence is my favorite motto. You can let your life be evidence of what you are creating.

  8. Receive it.

    Will you allow yourself to receive the manifestation without sabotaging it? 98% of lottery winner sabotage their wealth due to poor beliefs, the inability to surrender and hanging out in low energy. The above phases will train you into becoming an energetic match to what you want to create in your life. You have got to lean into your new programming and all of the work you have been doing up to this point.

    Want wealth? Become willing to receive it.

    Want love? Learn how to become a match to it.

    Want success? Learn how to know it into existence.

Morning Rituals: 6 healthy wellness habits you should do every single morning

Mornings. For me, the morning is the most important part of the day. Something I have learned over the years is that how you spend your mornings, determines how the rest of the day plays out.

If I force myself to wake up early, fight my natural bodies rhythm, I wake up feeling forced (very masculine energy based). However, when I am intentional about preparing myself for a morning routine that feels good, I bring an energy that impacts my entire day.

When you create routines, habits and rituals, you can set your days up with purpose and intention that will lead to a blissful life. It is a non-negotiable for me and I refuse to skimp out on my morning routine. So, I thought I would write a blog post, to accompany my most recent podcast episode (you can listen to the episode here).

HOW I PREPARE FOR MY MORNING RITUALS:

I get myself ready for my morning the evening before. Sometimes, when I need some good rest, I drink my hot Calm magnesium drink to help me to fall asleep faster. I also keep blue light glasses with me at night when I am watching tv, on my laptop or my phone before bed. When you are staring at blue light at night, it tricks your mind/body into thinking that it is daytime and messes up your natural circadian rhythm. I also make sure I get good sleep by investing in good bedding and wearing comfortable pajamas.



6 habits I do every single morning and why:

01 | Hydration.

The minute I wake up, I brush my teeth. That’s just a natural instinct. And then I go directly to the kitchen and make myself this electrolyte enhanced water drink. There are a lot of morning powder drinks I have loved over the years but so far, this one takes the cake. It’s NOT an energy drink, its just a drink that is specifically made for hydration. It has so many vitamins that are good for the body, magnesium, potassium, zinc, etc.

I used to wake up and go straight for the coffee but I decided to switch it up and make sure I get my hydration in first and then have my coffee. I’ve found that I actually consume less coffee and have more overall energy throughout the day. It’s been an incredibly significant shift in how my days go. I love this stuff.

02 | Set intentions for the day

After I do all of my morning hydration, I head over to my altar and light one of my Blissful Living Ritual candles so I can set my intention for the day. Intention setting is key for me in the mornings, it just helps me to focus my brain on what I want to create for the day. Often, it will be a sales goal or sometimes, it may just be to have more calm. It really doesn’t matter what intention you set, the most important thing is that you put your attention and focus on what it is that you want to create and manifest.

In Feng Shui, lighting a candle is activating. It’s sparking a fire to you goal or intention and the energy of fire is activating. So, I have always been a fan of lighting candles as a way of manifesting what you want. It’s a full mind/body/spirit ritual.

03 | Morning journaling

Then, I get right into my journal. Journaling for me is everything. You can read more about my experience journaling here and here. I am a huge fan of the morning pages, free writing for 3 pages straight. Sometimes I will write 6 pages because there is just so much to get out of my head. I believe so much in the importance of decluttering the mind first thing in the morning before you begin your day. It just helps so much so that you are able to use your mind to be mindful and present, not in overthinking and future tripping.

04 | Dress up for your dreams

Dress up for the life you want to attract. If I could tell you to do ONE thing in the morning that would completely change your life, it would be this. Getting ready every single morning is a way of telling the Universe you are ready for your best life. When I wake up a mess, get lazy around getting ready, it impacts my whole day. I don’t feel as inspired to do all of the things I want to do because I just don’t feel it.

However, when I spend my morning intentionally, put on a cute outfit, do my hair and makeup, put on my jewelry and put myself together I feel ready for ANYTHING that comes my way. It’s what I call “dressing up for your dreams” because the Universe is more likely to bring you opportunities when you are out there in your radiant light and magnetism.

When you are moving around feeling dumpy, not proud of yourself, hiding your light…you aren’t in your feminine magnetism which is your power of attraction! This for me, is one of the most important things you can do for yourself and your life.

05 | Get in your daily greens

A green smoothie or green chlorophyl. Back in July of 2021, I began making my green smoothie recipe every morning and it completely changed me and my body. I get my nutrients in and feel full by the time I have my smoothie because I’ve had so much hydration and filled myself up with things that are healthy and good for me.

06 | Make the bed like a hotel

I make my bed, every single morning. And I do not miss a day. Well, every so often I do miss a day and boy can I feel the difference. My grandmother really pressed this ritual into me. She taught me how to make a bed perfectly so that I would feel organized, calm and able to focus on the day. And when you get back into bed for the evening, its a beautiful experience.

Studies have shown that a cluttered, messy home impacts your focus, attention span, sleep habits and more. So when you can do one small thing to make your home feel more tidy, put together and organized you are doing it as a gift to your mind and your overall well being. It will set you up for a beautiful, powerful day.
