3 ideas for the end of your bed

Have you ever been one of those who thinks of what to put at the end of the bed? I often hear the complaint of not knowing how to properly fill a very large bedroom. Do you ever notice how in the most elegant of hotels, they always have something sitting at the end of the bed? A lot of times you will see a small sofa, a bench or some sort of seating situation. Right now I am all about surfaces at the end of a bed. Today, I am sharing 3 ideas for chic tabletop inspirations for the end of your bed...

1. A desk at the end of the bed. If you have room, a desk at the end of a bed is such a cool idea. This is especially cool in a guest bedroom as it provides an extra place to work for you or your guest. Your guests will think you have such a unique sense of style and you've just got to love that. 

2. A dresser. I would have never thought of this idea until seeing this picture. However, I sort of love it. It adds depth and dimension to the view of the bed from the door and then room on the wall for a gorgeous art wall or something. If you have space for this, try switching up your furniture like this and see what happens. 

3. A low console table. This is uber glam and just kind of makes your bedroom more sophisticated and chic. You could put some extra poufs underneath and stacks of pretty books on top. 

Designer Spotlight: Ryan Saghian Interiors

I love to see people succeed. I literally get so much pleasure out of watching people start out and witness firsthand, them sky rocketing to success. When I was just a young budding designer years ago in LA, the design intern at our office was my work bff. We had a blast working together and I always loved his edgy perspective. Fast forward several years later, he is killing the design scene in Beverly Hills. Introducing, Ryan Saghian. 

His work is fun, fresh, unique, bold and always so very glamorous. You can tell we were raised together in design because we have a similar vibe. Today, I wanted to showcase his rockstar like talent for bringing swag to Cali's young design aesthetic. Im sorry but glossy black cabinets and gold trim in the kitchen is just beyond amazing to me. Topped off with that ridiculous marble backsplash and counter space? Dying. 

He also has collaborated on a collection of furniture and I want it all! I really could not be more impressed.
