Heal and harmonize your heart chakra.

There is nothing more important that living from the heart space. And if you have been reading this blog for any amount of time, you know that I believe so much that our homes are a reflection of what is going on within us. At the same time, your home can either block you or support you in living a life that you are fully in love with.

Aligning your home and aligning your chakras (aka spiritual energy centers of the body) is what will create harmony and flow in your life. It creates good life force energy. In Feng Shui, they call it ‘chi’. Having an understanding of what your energy centers are in the home and in your body is key.

In my opinion, the heart center is the most important and powerful part of the body, and the most important chakra. Interestingly enough, color has the most healing energetic effect on our chakra system. So, in order to align and harmonize your chakra energy? Use color!

The heart chakra has two colors that align with its highest vibration and energy. Pink and green. (literally my two favorite colors). I love surrounding myself with the colors of pink and green.

Pink conjures up feelings inside the body of love, compassion, joy, understanding, happiness and love for self.

Green conjures up the feelings of growth, life force energy, healing, nurturing, and abundance.
So, placing things around your home with the colors of pink and green will help you uplift you, heal and harmonize your heart chakra!

1. I couldn’t help but fall madly in love with this adorable pink pillow. It’s giving modern barbie dollhouse vibes. I could see this in a fun living room on a boucle accent chair.

2. There is something about sage green that is just calling for me these days. So, I came across this Matisse art print and thought this would be perfect for my hallway. It feels cultured and artist inspired which I love.

3. I have to tell you, I have never in my life loved an espresso cup so much. Malachite is one of my all time favorite crystals and its also one of my favorite interior design finishes. Sometimes, when I hit that 3pm slump, I grab this gorgeous cup and have a little espresso. It just makes the entire experience feels so elevated and chic. Get yourself one of these L’objet malachite cups. Trust me.

4. So, according to Feng Shui, the dining table is where communication and healthy family relationships are bonded. Add some green succulents to help activate your heart space in this area for heart based communication. I always think a pretty concrete bowl with succulents will do the trick.

5. I can’t help but want to start cooking some winter soups and casseroles with the cooler weather. This pink dutch oven would make my cooking experience just that more boujie and beautiful, don’t you agree?

6. Okay, for me, Jonathan Adler can do no wrong. He always has the most interesting designs for the home that just pop. This set of three colored acrylic candle holders is just absolute perfection. They remind me of crystals and I just love them.

7. Two things I am in love with, crystals and skin care. I’m all about trying all the anti-aging things on the face. Always. I heard this rose quartz crystal face mask is so good for fine lines. Sign me up.

9. Another thing on my list for my living room? This beautiful sage green checkered blanket. Mostly because I need a new blanket because my little boy steals mine and uses it for himself. Not to mention. I love the pattern. I am obsessed with the color. And I can’t wait for it to arrive and cuddle up on the sofa with it.

HRH collection Home Decor inspiration

Every so often I find a new girl crush online and become inspired by her home style. I'm currently crushing on one particular girl, Alex, who has an adorable jewelry business, HRH collection & youtube channel. I found her a while back via her video about her Louis Vuitton agenda.
