Weekend decorating idea: get ready for Valentine's Day

The special day of love is coming up soon and for some reason I am so inspired to decorate my home. Probably because I love hearts, I love blush pink and I just love all the love feels. I've always expressed a strong focus toward creating a home full of love. Whether you live alone, with your significant other or with friends and family, setting a backdrop at home that encourages communication, eating together, creating memories with love is important to your overall well being. This weekend is the perfect time to begin collecting and gathering things to decorate for love the entire week.

Nursery Inspiration: the lucite crib

It's getting to be that time where I have to make some final decisions on some baby necessities. The biggest one for me has been a chic crib. I've got so many ideas going on in my head. However, I'm all about modern glam nurseries. It's just totally me. I want the room to be beautiful, glamorous, edgy, chic and fun! I am so inspired by this nursery with gold chinoiserie wallpaper and a lucite crib. See the entire room here. It's making me really, really, really want to get a lucite crib. They are just so incredibly chic.
