This post is all about tips, tricks, inspiration and ideas for organizing and displaying your jewelry at home.

Some of my favorite pieces of jewelry were passed down to me from my grandmother.

The other day I went on the hunt for a bracelet that my grandmother gave me and I can’t find it anywhere. It is quite literally one of the most frustrating things to experience because it keeps popping up in the back of my mind “where could i have put that bracelet”?

So, I have made it a personal mission of mine to gather and organize all of my jewelry and accessories. But before I do anything when it comes to decorating my hone, I pull inspiration. I want to create a full vision in my mind of what I want to create, before I actually create it.

A few things to know before you begin:

• You will want to plan out where you are going to store your jewelry and what you might need. Do you want to use a jewelry box? Do you prefer jewelry trays? Do you want to store in the closet or in a dresser?

• Order any jewelry cleaning supplies you should be using. I am obsessed with these silver polishing cloths and I keep them always on hand.

• Group your gems according to how often you wear them. Consider storage for precious pieces and one for everyday wear items

01 | HARNESS THE POWER OF SPIRITUAL HOME CLEANSING:

I absolutely LOVE burning palo santo in my home and sometimes I will even sage. Every morning, I light it up, open a window and let the smoke fill the air. For me, it represents a clearing of my space.

Each morning when you wake up its a new day. Spiritually cleansing your space is like a physical representation of that. On Sundays, I like to do my sage ritual, its a bit of a longer ritual so I take longer to do that one. I loved this girls point of view on smudging, too.

02 | SET POSITIVE INTENTIONS

and say positive affirmations out loud every morning. Today will be a great day! I am going to win today! I'm ready to kick butt and accomplish my goals with effectiveness! What is for me, will not miss me! I could go on and on.

I have lists that I read from in the mornings. I know it sounds silly but its scientific. Thoughts become things, what you think about is where your energy goes. When I am around friends or family and they say negative things about themselves, I say "don't talk about my friend like that". 

Be the person that lifts yourself up so you can lift others up too.

This offers an opportunity to express gratitude for the gift of a new day and to set positive intentions. By acknowledging the blessings in one's life and visualizing the day ahead with positivity and purpose, you can enhance your overall outlook and increase your resilience in the face of challenges.

HOT TIP: While I am saying my positive intentions and affirmations, I also light a candle as I say them and using matches feels very romantic. This is a very impactful ritual because in Feng Shui, the fire element will activate, so when you speak your intentions into the flame they are activated energetically!

03 | ROMANTICIZE YOUR BATH / SHOWER TIME:

As you are getting ready for your day, making sure that your shower/bath time is as calming and inspiring as possible is such a beautiful way to start the day.

I am a sucker for beautiful products and packaging. I mean, I don't like anything that isn't pretty in my bathroom. There is something luxurious about bath salts and scrubs. I keep candles all over my bath tub and try to have fresh flowers in there too.

When I take a salt bath, I literally imagine the negative thoughts and stress of the day just wash away. If you don't like taking baths, learn how to turn your shower into a sanctuary.

Paying attention to self-care is the most effective way to stay productive and successful in your life. When you are tripped up by too much going on, you can't be operating as the best version of yourself so why waste your valuable time?

04 | Practice mirror work

Mirror work is one of the most powerful—and surprisingly emotional—spiritual habits you can add to your mornings. Popularized by the late Louise Hay, a pioneer in self-love and affirmations, mirror work involves looking deeply into your own eyes and speaking loving, empowering words to yourself. Louise often said, “The most powerful affirmations are those you say to yourself in front of a mirror,” because the mirror reflects back more than just your image—it reflects your relationship with yourself.

Most of us go through life being our own harshest critic, often without realizing how much self-judgment we carry. Mirror work turns that on its head. It invites you to meet yourself each morning with compassion and presence, just as you would greet someone you truly love. This isn’t about vanity—it’s about self-connection. When you lock eyes with your reflection and speak directly to yourself, you bypass the mind’s chatter and connect with your subconscious, where deep emotional shifts can occur.

Louise Hay often recommended starting with simple phrases like, “I am worthy of love.” “I am proud of who I am becoming.” or “I approve of myself.” At first, it might feel awkward, or even bring up unexpected emotions. That’s normal. With time and repetition, your self-talk begins to soften, your confidence strengthens, and you start carrying yourself differently—more open, grounded, and assured.

05 | DRESS UP FOR YOUR DAY ACCORDING TO YOUR VENUS ENERGY

This one I can speak from personal experience that it will completely change your life. Several years ago, when I started studying about and reading birth charts in depth, I learned that you inner goddess energy could be magnified outwardly by your Venus placement.

What I noticed about it was that my days were completely transformed. I began to feel more confident in my day because I felt like I was dressing more powerfully.
