“You came here to manifest your dreams. You were created to come to this world and do the work for you to manifest all the things that you want. That is your purpose in this life”
Back in 2018, I went on a deep dive into my astrological birth chart. This was one of the many signs, I knew I was having a deeper level spiritual awakening. I was pregnant and going through one of the deepest soul level ups of my life and read more spiritual development books that I could fit in my bookshelf.
Since high school I’ve been studying the deep world of astrology but when I discovered the birth chart…EVERYTHING changed for me. I loved learning about my moon sign, which was eye opening for me, my north node (soul’s path) which blew my mind and I even figured out how to decorate for my soul’s direction. It was so much fun to learn so much about myself.
Now, I even read birth charts for the women in community as a way to help jumpstart their own spiritual development journey. It’s a beautiful exploration of yourself and I highly recommend you get a reading from someone you trust.
My biggest tip: don’t do it yourself because you need someone objective to really explain things to you without your own mental chatter. I had 3 different experts read my birth chart. Each one of them explain completely different things and I infuse all 3 of those different perspectives and lessons into my readings. You can see more information here.
What was so interesting to me was that the birth chart is essential a breakdown of the 12 zodiac signs + the 12 areas of life. And what' I’ve recently discovered, the 12 dimensions of your universe. Learn the ruler of your houses. As you look at your birth chart, you see what zodiac sign rules each start. You will want to start by looking at the 1st house/rising sign and moving counter clockwise around the birth chart for each house.
Keep up with it monthly. During each zodiac season, you can tell which area of your life should be your focus by which house the current sign is sits on your chart. (For example, at the time of writing this post, its Aries season, you will want to look for what house Aries rules in your chart).
